The numbers look grim for Q1 earnings. Looks like the recent peak was the last one, and the stock will fall again. Those who bought at $6 did well.

Those who short sell the stock are posting 24x7 on all boards about BlackBerry going down as they are about to loose their pants. Ignore the noise and go long on BlackBerry, don't sell till it hits $100

If we can see EPS of $4-$5, then we will see $40-$50 SP.
I'd say $100 is a stretch in the short term, but within sight a couple years of good execution down the road .

In order for that to happen, the Gods will have to turn every BB in production into gold. Then Thorsten can melt them down into bars and sell it back to the market when the bullion rallies.

What a disaster even made the most pessimistic short seller look generous. Numbers don't include Q10, but this is the first time since BB10 that I actually have doubts about the company .

What people don't understand is the basic arithmetic. With 170 million shares (35+ percent) borrowed, it sets up a situation wherein at some point 170 million shares MUST be bought. You have to buy it ba at some point in a short trade.

The shorties, fittingly enough, have created a massive pent up demand for the shares which will drive the prices up enormously. The smart ones are cutting their losses and getting out now. The dumb ones are plain farked. Mathematically, they can only lose since BlackBerry is quite solvent.

Right so we haven't had a full release of Q10 in the reports. I expect Q10 to do double of Z10 if not more.

Unfortunately, a very similar argument was used at the end of the previous quarter about how the Z10 wasn't available globally for the whole quarter, and that the next would be THE quarter to watch.

These same people are posting in the BBRY stock thread about how the shorts are forcing devs not to build for BB10...they'll probably also claim that shorts held Alicia Keys at gunpoint, gave her an iPhone and forced her to tweet from it.

If they're "losing their pants" on this, I'd hate to see how much they're up on a good day.

The UK and Canada have a combined population of roughly 97 million. And there are...what, 7 billion people in the world? So this is a fair point, these results do not include much significant Q10 data.
