    Saving blackberry can you please explain in detail how the IR (investor relations) department and the PR (public relations) department have anything to do with media bashing blackberry and analysts having negative comments about BlackBerry? I think you are confused with the responsibilities of these departments as sucking the dee's of analysts and media are not part of the job description.

    Just leave BlackBerry alone. I have BlackBerry shares and would just prefer them to concentrate on making the best products on the market, customer service and cultivating business relationships. Whining to the media, blaming wallstreet in the public area is a huge mistake. I'm glad they have tastefully marketed up till now. Just get off your high horse and relax because you aren't perfect either.

    Guys, just relax. BlackBerry Just hired Next Fifteen Group as their new PR team. These guys did a great job with Cisco Systems and I'm sure will help BBRY as well.

    But you aren't comparing two equally compelling products. Microsoft markets a mediocre product with lots and lots of media etc. BlackBerry seems to lack advertising, but has an extremely premium product.

    So no, marketing isn't enough on its own.

    They spend all the time, people and money to deliver these premium OS and product and to sharpen a reasonable strategy for the near, mid future.
    It's no valuable to run... if you don't start with the proper time frame.
    Long run, keep the rythme.
