So now what's your opinion ? I think lot of people do not want to take a chance and to be safe selling before launch, it should go up now. the gap is filled, rsi is not high...

In olden times, if your army crossed the Rubicon (river), it implied you are past the "point of no return".
You can only go forward now (and war!)
Rubicon is a specific river in Rome that once Caesar's army crossed it was considered the point of no return for insurrection.
He said his second most well known phase. "the die is cast" there.

Can somebody explain the significance of the RSI in laymans terms?

Never mind - it turns out Google is pretty good at doing that.

    Is that "profit taking" ?
To be honest; all my financial fellows mailed me this morning: "take your money, now, come back later".
    I didn't I'm stubborn

Stock just jumped up after some positive comments on CNBC's Fast Money, they mentioned how BB10 looks good and how fast the browser is and they also mention how Shorts still own a considerable portion of the float...

I feel like this is manipulation at its finest, but maybe I'm biased. It seems like there's a lot of shorting and covering at a lower price after stop loss orders are being triggered. Quick dip, creeps back up, quick dip, creeps back up...rinse and repeat.

I get a funny feeling this is so ppl can buy calls at a really cheap price. If you look at the Feb calls they are being bought by the truckload.

I'm intrigued by all the negative press that's been released the last couple of days. Another thing that kinda makes you go "hmmm" - these same people could've spoken up at any time during the hype buildup in the last few months, yet didn't.

Volatility breeds worry and the pros hedge. Buying and selling options is a nice hedge.....

I did some snooping around, I think Rubicon may have something to do with advertising on BB10 devices... there is a company in LA that specializes in it. They applied for the trademark early this year in Canada and the lawyers that did it have an office in Waterloo. It all just may be a coincidence, but it would make some sense. Just some speculation.

Edit: Here are some links to browse should you be interested, note that the legal firm used their Toronto address for filing however they have an office in Waterloo. Also the time frame of the application is in sync with development time of BB10. Could be something, could be nothing.
