Edit...now it's slowed, disregard.
BBRY is going to close green today!!!

Anyone else read reports about Z10 production being scaled back? Really it makes sense as the Q10 is coming out and the initial surge for Z10 has level led off.
Love how they say "Probably " and the FP takes it as gospel. BlackBerry should report FP to the SEC!

I smell bad news coming
lcjr you don't have to write your thesis on this. one simple sentence works for me, no spell check required.
Man, if you've got some Voodoo power, then I think you should be aiming it at those corcksuckers over at Pac Crest and Wedge.
Perhaps he has to place a ton of calls on BBRY first :rotfl::rotfl:
No, I don't think we have.......LOL, sorry couldn't resist
Battle to begin in 5 minutes...
Reality is "Might", "Probably" and "Maybe should" are enough to drag BBRY down $0.50 from where it was at (3.25%), and yet if we win the DOD BES contract, it's maybe $0.50 lift until devices are outlined - thus we're freaking flat.... Nice job shorty's :(.
Come on Icjr 15min to closing bell, we need to place our bets.
I heard my name called! :)
Really? They are gonna let the automated trading just walk us out?
Well, that is a let down.
DISA just released a memo describing the continuation of the pilot programs described within the DoD Implementation Plan.
The DoD Implementation Plan for Mobile Devices is spawned from an internal audit from the Inspector General’s Office (IG) when the Branch of the U.S. Army was caught short by not having a plan in place that shows a control and standard of internally used commercial devices (CMD). There was a General Officer at the Pentagon that got his hand slapped and thus here we have the draft plan. The thing is, the other Branches already have a plan as I mentioned the Marines and Air Force already.
There are many “pilot programs” going on within the DoD and the real driver remains getting control and attempt to standardize or develop a model to follow. This involves mostly tablet type devices and not just phones. Imagine the millions of pallets of paper we go through making copies on PowerPoint slideshows to walk into meetings when a tablet type device allows you to just carry a device around with all the data within it. Now imagine how many want to walk that device into classified meetings and conferences??? How do you monitor where these devices are at all times?
Agencies and departments are to register their “pilot programs” by May 15th 2013 and must develop a transition plan from existing CMD activities to Enterprise mobile capability defined by the CMD Implementation Plan. Transition plans will be submitted to the Commercial Mobile Device Working Group (CMDWG) by June 7, 2013.
DoD CIO will present to the Deputy's Management Action Group (DMAG) by June 28, 2013 a CMD consolidation plan that identifies activities to be discontinued or consolidated.
Components must cease any CMD pilot activities that have not been reported to the DoD CIO and coordinated with the DISA Mobility PMO for integration by October 15. Approved pilots will be posted on the Commercial Mobile Device Working Group web site: XXXXXXXXXXXXX (Link Removed).
New CMD pilots or mobile application development programs must be approved by the DoD CIO before committing any funds. DoD CIO will evaluate pilots within 15 days of registration. These pilot programs incorporate all brands and all operating systems across the board.
All this being said, what is the DoD supposed to announce today?
4mn left 5 cent easy
*Ahem* Nailed it!
