Love your avatar. The 950 was my first BB. It was my second favorite but first was my Nextel 7520 with DirectConnect!
Does anyone else remember the trackwheel?
Haha! The good old days!
There was something about that trackweel that was just so satisfying, I think I preferred it on my 8700 though.. don't think you could pry my Z10 from my hands to go back to it at this point tho!
When this hits $18, my finger will be literally on the button, ready to sell at the least dip. I'll ride it as high as it goes, but once it starts heading south I'm selling. When it dips deep (and it will), I'll buy back in.
What I loved about the 7520 is the heavy plastic case was the same color all the way through. Much more robust of a design than todays phones. The keyboard was large and spread out like the 950.
Anyway back to stock, it is at $16.38!!!
I am with you except when I hit the sell button at $18, it will go right up to $20!:crying:
:)
I think this applies to most of us here...
That's where I am too.. it's hovering 16.75 to 16.83 on the TSX right now, I'd love to sell at 18 and buy back in at 15 or so, but I'm worried that if I sell it'll continue to climb.. although if I don't it'll almost certainly dip back into the 15's lol
Okay, when you sell, let us know. I'd place an order to sell some of my shares (< 50%) at $20 :)
My overall plan is to wait until Jan 2014 though.
Obviously the OP is not a margin trader so won't have this issue. Would be stupid to enter the markets on margin if you are inexperienced.
Who is this goon?
Can You Say "Oops"

On MS UPgrade, This anaylyst saying what I have been saying for months that: BB continute selling bb7 devices which brings BIS revenue in developing nations and bb10 in developed nations which brings up front revnenue. After year of transtion ( 2013-2014 ) only bb10 sales around the world with hybrid service model. Remember more than 5 million US BB users still pays RIM today..
I keep updating my stop order to keep it not too far behind the current price or I do not feel good leaving my desktop! <VBG>
Unless we drink too much from the boat loads of money we are all about to make...
Looks like a rather professional analyst to me... :cant-watch:
yeah ANALcyst alright
a) You don't know what kind of account(s) he has
b) This is a rather important disclaimer that should have been in your original post.
c) IN a cash account you can't buy and sell in the same day unless you have cash to cover the second sale in its entirety - sales take about 3 days to settle which means cash from a sale won't be in your account for three days.
Like I said, be careful with the information you post.
Trailing stop is your friend :)
(Or your worst enemy in case of a brief bear raid. As I found out the hard way...)
This is why you never, never take advice from these tv stock people...
Go check his Twitter feed...it's guys like this giving advice over social media who bother me.
