Post-Snowden Leak Reveals Secret Details of U.S. Terrorist Watch Lists - TIME
The U.S. government believes that someone other than former National Security Agency contractor Edward Snowden has recently leaked secret national-security documents to the media, an official confirmed Tuesday.
Im loving that security and privacy is up front in the news lately. It only validates BB's entire model even more. Once we hit an inflection point in are revenue we are going to see close to 20 with the short covering and only see it go up from there. Im calling it we will see 15 by new year
I ca t believe this guy is posting this. Hahahaha.

Agreed, Politicians in asian countries are billionaires and their privacy and security is dear to them especially in India when US and other neighbouring countires so much interested in India. Modi is vey tech oriented, always on twitter so I won;t be surprised if e-bbm, bb10 with secusmart mandated among thousands of political leaders.

It's been a while since I thew up a chart so her it is. I see that we are finishing up on a head and shoulders pattern and ready to move one way or the other. As before, please excuse the extra lines as I like to keep historical references. One thing I love about this site. It saves what I drew so I don't have to do so every time I visit. I actually drew the circle last week thinking it could happen. It's also nice to see my $9 line from the last time it was in the area still hold strong support.

Judge rejects $324.5-million settlement over Apple, Google hiring
Judge rejects $324.5-million settlement over Apple, Google hiring - The Globe and Mail
"There is “substantial and compelling evidence” that late Apple Inc co-founder Steve Jobs “was a, if not the, central figure in the alleged conspiracy,” Koh wrote. The judge provided details in evidence of anecdotes involving Jobs and other Valley executives to show why she thought the workers deserved more."
"The case was based largely on e-mails in which Apple’s Jobs, former Google Chief Executive Officer Eric Schmidt and some of their rivals hatched plans to avoid poaching each other’s prized engineers.
PARIS BLUES
Koh referred to one email exchange which occurred after a Google recruiter solicited an Apple employee. Schmidt told Jobs that the recruiter would be fired. Jobs then forwarded Schmidt’s note to a top Apple human resources executive with a smiley face.
Koh also disclosed a 2006 exchange over Google’s plans to open an engineering center in Paris. Google sought to hire three former Apple engineers for the project, but Jobs objected. Jobs wrote that his company would “strongly prefer that you not hire these guys.” Google then told Jobs it had scrapped plans for the Paris center, “based on your strong preference.”"
A postdoc of mine, after reading Steve Jobs's memoir, said to me "Jobs is so similar to you!"
I have not read the book, but I hope that I am not like him in this aspect. ;)
