Helen Torley, Halozyme Therapeutics's President and CEO and a director of the company, just received 820,000 options and restricted shares from the company. The strike price of the options received was $14.66, and these expire on January 06, 2024. The restricted shares don't become available to Torley until January 06, 2024. Torley now has at least 700,000 options, and at least 120,000 restricted shares.

I am fine with z30 as a touch screen smart phone. as long as they keep refining the software.
I do feel that a trackpad version with keyboard and good screen will move me over to the newer model.

The Z30 is a great device. I almost got one when they were down to $349 off contract through a BlackBerry employee . Just wish there was some accessories for it. You can't even find a dock for it!

Can't really complain at that tbh - if your company is looking for a cloud based solution (and why not? a lot of firms rightfully so don't want to bother managing yet another server... especially for something like MDM) then AirWatch seems to be far more mature than BES10 cloud which isn't even released to the public yet!

OT: Is it worth getting back in to HALO at this high price?

Tng.v is on a tear since I mentioned it here! Announced another partnership today. Yesterday was samsung today toshiba, this stock looks like there are a lot of room for growth. Not a short term thing though, bought 20k shares yesterday at $.28

I wouldn't think too much on it because it's more than likely profit taking there was a 105% increase yesterday so i would expect it to pull back some. In my opinion it is a penny stock so don't think it will trade like a regular equity, the amount i invested I'm willing to lose it all. I won't be checking this regularly probably once a month, i see this as a potential stock for long term growth.

Can anyone elaborate what his position becomes after this stock edition?
Could this be a foreshadow of him wanting to take control at some point now that he is by far the majority holder?
I wish I felt different about Prem, but I just don't trust him.

I'm beginning to think that anybody can make money in this market. BBRY had a great day, backed up, consolidated above the key area of $ 8.20 to $ 8.45 and HALO went on a nice run closing at a multi-year high. When a stock hits a multi-year closing high, it usually means there is more to follow.

It would be nice to see BBRY hold around this level and work off that over-bought situation. Great week so far!

Yep everyone is a genius in a rising market like 2013. When BBRY and HALO are up on down days, that is a great sign!!! Hope you are well!

6% interest, essentially controls the CEO and Board and a conversion feature is a nice deal when you already have hundreds of millions of dollars in the stock and at risk. He got a good deal and gets to be in control of trying to save BlackBerry and his original investments which are severely upside down. Getting better but still in the hole for now.
