Due to screen size restrictions, Wife got a HTC One and I have a S4 as both are great phone for normal daily use. Meanwhile I have placed my inquiry of getting a Z30 with a contact of mine to see If I can get it cheaper than market rate. no point of holding on 2 large size screen phone but reluctant to jump ship without testing the water first, but I will definitely give the Z30 a try for sure.

the key is to use it for a week and then try or go back to something else for a day and then come back to Z30 LoL. IMO Z30 is neither z10 or q10. it is a different phone.

Agree, but I never felt like going back to Z10 nor Q 5/10 was an option. I really like the Z30 (far) better. It is the BlackBerry device I was waiting for. That simple !

I don't have 10.2 installed on my Z10. Would this work on Z10?

Does the Z30 have a different keyboard? I'd think they stretched it a bit, but haven't seen it in action yet. Believe me, you'd adapt to a larger size device a lot more quickly than you'd think. The Q is nice, but I've lost my attraction to the keyboards in detriment to a smaller screen.

That's pretty cool but no, the Z10 does not support this.

It is not only stretched wall to wall but it is the feel of the smooth glass at front and the smooth back too that combines with almost creepy auto corrector. I feel that this is the first keyboard after blackberry bold that i can type with trust. (I mean on bold i could type without looking, which is not the case with the glass). That alone have me keeping Z30. The voice to text part also works very very good in case when i am driving. I still have to look and touch the mike before i could start speaking, same as any other phone. I remember looking at some video where hand waving over the phone triggered some actions rather than button touching in Z10, i will look for that video. The other thing is that if i have to correct a word where dictionary didnt pick up then I do have the option to select the word and move the cursor by sliding with finger to an individual word in between, same as windows physical keyboard. I tried different keyboards on android but i couldn't find any satisfactory one. To me keyboard is the most important factor on any messaging device. The keyboard also have short cuts, for example in some screens if i hold the space bar button it gives me option to attache a file. The screen is good if they can tweak the setup options by giving user a choice of over riding the built in auto dim and white balance because every one has different eye sight. I hoping that next couple months will fix up these smaller issues.

Above is the link for app sayit. With hand waving feature. However i remember using it a bit but wasnt impressed over all. May be i didnt give it enough time LoL. I ll go back and try it again.
