Actually, unless the deal came about this weekend, it's still more of a take-under. The stock was over $10 on Friday before the "news".

It could also wander down if this offer loses out. Time to decide whether you love the company or the stock.

This is great news, sit back and stay calm. A MSFT bid for everything would come in at $ 4.5 Billion once you take out cash. This is so cheap and we are finally aware of what Prem is up to. So the Wall Street Enquirer missed this, how is that possible? Too much fun, just stay cool and what how this plays out. Like I said, write some Calls if you hate the price. I'll be waiting and maybe buying more down here.

Blackberry will disappear from T-Mobile retail stores. if you don't believe me call or visit the stores and ask. this is HUGE. i expect all major carriers to follow if they have not already done so.
