I assume the numbers we have given ate for BlackBerry 10 only. Those tphedge guys proved not so reliable last ER, so I would take with a pinch of salt.

I wonder what is coming tomorrow...

I figure it can't be bad whatever it is.

The best case scenario I see is announcing bbmx platform, 10.2 and z30 all at once.

Worse case scenario, announcing one of the 3.

Really? Do you honestly believe that they shipped that many or are you just hoping? Remember, last q they shipped 2.7 million and 1 million the previous q.

Afraid that it will take much more than Sentiment to cause the value of BB to rise very much. I expect to see the release of BBM to push us higher, at least until the ER. After that......

I'd be shocked if we get any real bounce when BBM is released. I just don't think it is a game changer, esp since the plan to monetize it seems to be a state secret. It's going to be brutally hard, at least in the US to get anyone to switch away from what they are use to. My fellow Americans and esp. teenagers are lazy and if what they have works, they aren't going to bother switching for a potentially incrementally better product like BBM. I have never personally used it or seen anyone else use it. It may get downloaded but they aren't going to use it in the my admittedly small circle. The next and potentially only big bounce(s) BBRY may get is buyout or sellout or partnership news. JMHO.....

The other side to that is the App Count most people have. It's almost like a status count or something..."I have 2,000 apps"... I think that there will be a magnitude of users that download it and check it out, just to have something new on their phones. Not sure how many will keep using it, but the initial download count should be amazingly high.
