I find this comment completely unbelievable! To suggest the media 'hates' on something is beyond belief.

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- If you take a step back and consider what has happened in tech over the last several weeks, it's difficult to deny that there's a hate campaign, even if exists in some collective subconscious, against Apple.....

This media hysteria we're seeing results from laziness, unoriginality, group psychology, jealously, a toxic Wall Street environment that few are willing to challenge and spoiled brat syndrome.

Losing a few bucks a share, but i'm leery of the earnings call and what happened last quarter. I may get burned if a sale is announced before then, but I may buy back in if the stock drops after earnings. If it spikes, then shame on me for bailing too soon. I figured the pop today is as good a time as any.

Well it's lunch so I'll relay why I'm in a pretty good mood today (so far), AMD is GREEN at $3.88 and SIRI is also GREEN and right at their 52 week high! Plus, we have Blackberry in the GREEN at $10.64 and holding. Not bad!

Afraid that it will take much more than Sentiment to cause the value of BB to rise very much. I expect to see the release of BBM to push us higher, at least until the ER. After that......

Not saying that you're not right, but how do you know that it will take more than sentiment?
For example, if BB and Samsung come out tomorrow saying that they have formed partnership to innovate mobile computing for the next 10 years. They will put BB10 on all Samsung phones, computers, TVs, refrigerators, microwaves, dishwasher, etc., going forward.
You don't think that would change sentiment enough for SP to increase 30%. Not saying that it would, but how can you be so sure that I will not?

Tried very hard but still not understanding.

Guess the number of BB10 devices shipped(sold kinda sorta) in the last quarter. Closest guess without going over wins (nothing). Should find out at the next ER who is correct.

It's like guessing the number of jelly beans in a glass jar. A pointless exercise, but still fun.
