I'd take the back door even though the landscaping isn't done and it's a little muddy back there.
Trying to get the mental image out of my head, but fine! Just don't forget to keep ringing the cowbell while you're at it.

Well well well.... My call on Aug 16 turns out right For those that discredit TA, how do you respond to this?

TA is no different than a traffic signal, you see a red light, you expect the traffic to stop. You see a trend or support line, you expect the share price to respond.

Anyone with level 2 quotes? Is there a buyer of large blocks of shares at $10.45 because it is not breaching that level.

First, congratulations on the calls working out for you. As far as you openly bragging here about it being proof TA works, I am afraid it is simply a beautiful illustration of confirmation bias.

Please answer honestly. If these calls hadn't worked out for you, would we be hearing you say here, "For those who say TA works, now do you respond to this?"

It is like the bullish TA here from a few days ago. When it "didn't work" and BBRY lost over 3% it of course wasn't TA's miss, it was 'external events'. One TA poster even went so far on the defensive that he posted a completely different stock that showed TA 'would have worked'. There are thousands of stocks to choose from. *Of course* you can pick one after the fact that matches a pattern predicted by TA.

The day is young, but yesterdays TA with a reluctant admission of a bearish pattern for BBRY today looks unlikely as well. Will this, assuming the day ends well up, be taken as proof TA doesn't work?

    Didn't think so.

Regarding TA, to me it goes as the following: news > TA, general market sell off > TA, and big money (buy or sell) > TA. So, when does TA work? TA works, when algorithm trades more, than humans do. So, unless, you are on the side with big money that can move a share price overtime or in one shot, then you are more clueless, than those, who do not dismiss TA.

If you don't believe in TA, then you are as good as going camping without a map. You like camping (the company / stock), but you don't quite know, where the camping site is.

Morgan, others, and I takes TA into consideration, because it is the next best thing that we can have other than following ER and not having a high frequency trading machine. We don't play the game of "see, I told you so." We are not wizards with premonitions to give predictions. We play with numbers, and give predictions within certain time frame. Time frame is very important, because it sets expectations. This is a game of probability to us, retail traders. If you accept this notion, then in a way, the TA bashers do have a certain TA method--one that does not involve charts, lines, indicators, etc.

If you don't appreciate TA, then it is as easy as blocking posters, who post TA, or scroll down to the next post.
