Not that the chart matters today, but he key number is a close above $ 9.62/shr:

We have AGM news today and a close above either of the 3-EMA or the 5-DMA. Simple as that!!!! The rally is good for about 15%.

West side still has 30K people out of power. I live downtown by the CN tower and commute from Mississauga....I bailed on the commute home around the Airport (as 427 south was a parking lot due to the water being highere than the concrete guard rails!) and stayed in a hotel - all hotels there no power, no lights, except lobby/hallway emergecy lighting. Almost all hotels were sold out even with these conditions! Insane.
