As pointed out to me earlier, shorts have actually dropped if you combine cdn and us markets. So... Yup it is weak hands leaving, or institutions reducing their ownership.

I wouldn't say any attempt has been shot down (more like gently nudged) as there really hasn't been the volume to support a rally. With the lack of news, buyer fatigue has clearly set in and most likely will not change until after the ER.

It is quite amusing reading though...all you need to ask is "value at liquidation"...that is worst case scenario. If you can live with whatever gain or loss that gives you then not a thing to worry about, only up side potential and blue sky's....if you can not...this game may not be for you...just my humble opinion.
