From what it sounds like, NOC has little left to hide from the Chinese.

We need to get back to encryption for the stuff that is really important. The problem is that a large concern like our government and companies like NOC need so many to be able to access the docs and files they can't keep the encryption key safe and you end up in the same place you were before.

??? The NOC is not a company and has lost no secrets to the Chinese

If you'd rather only that we are going to rally every day then this is probably the wrong place for you. I say where I think it will go based on what I see and on experience with this stock. If you're going to be fearful every time I say that the stock will fall then I suggest you just switch me to ignore.

Y'all leave CM alone - he's been an active contributor for quite some time here, and while his view is a bit jaded, it's from watching the SP almost daily for the last 6mo.And I'm not talking charts - I'm talking with respect to 1) counter-to-the-market aka contrarian SP movement, 2) buy on Rumors having the opposite effect when it's BBRY, 3) When it's positive rumors, the stock is flat, when it's negative the stock drops 5%...
This company is about 75% out of favor with HF and MM. The only way to get back in favor is to prove the buy-side analysts correct, and knock it out of the park with 1Q ER above $0.10-0.15, DOD contract confirmation and/or a Licensing deal.
Until one of those materialize, we won't see a positive impact on the SP that's lasting... the latter part of that line being the most important.

EDIT: I guarantee a higher close today - gut feeling... (933am et)

Seems like $CAN 14 is almost certain to fire (fits my current USD 13.5 average). But I'm tempted to lower @ $CAN 13.5 ... thoughts ?

I know, it's only a few bucks ... but if I count well ... 100 X0.5 = $50 ~= 3 shares: that's $300 to spend @ the 100Party !!! lol

All of the above DID happen to Blackberry not too long ago. Stock selling once for over $140 a share and dropped to below $10 is freefall. There was a big turnover in execs.

But today is today.

Yep, the hangover from that happening combined with Apples and Android's success is what is, in a nutshell, keeping BB's SP down right now. Perception lags reality. That's what I am betting on anyways.

Speaking about the Q10 release. I am VERY surprised that one of our largest US carriers, AT&T, has not announced the Q10 delivery date.

AT&T did little to nothing to help Blackberry when the Z10 arrived, I am wondering if BB is punishing AT&T for a few weeks by delaying their delivery of the Q10s.

AT&T is a iPhone centered carrier and I really do not think they care about Blackberry.
