With BlackBerry already hard at work, building channles with the world top brands. We need to look at this Social Network a bit different then the normal veriety. BBM Channels is working with global brands on one end and the consumers on the other, towards each other. Not relying on a viral take off from the consumer/user side. In a way that no other Social network has or could.
With the popular brands of the worlds crating content to interact with the consumers of the world. 60 million of which are already waiting. we may see a hole new form of viral penatration. Rememebring in the year 2013, consumers "LOVE" interacting with their brands. CB is a testament to that!
My mind has literally been flooded with possible Channel concepts today! I'm hard pressed to figure how this is not disruptive technology!

One very important point is the "EXPLICIT opt-in" that have been repeated at least 3 times by T.H and presenters. "BBM social network" won't flood you, V.S Facebbok ...

IBM is testing a pilot program using BlackBerry Balance on 500 smartphones, said chief mobile officer Kevin McConnell. Balance separates work and personal domains for business customers.

And in the general Keynote "IBM" (can't remember the presenter name) said it was crazy awesome and consistent (or such) <3

Updated my Bell Z10 with 10.1 and after rebooting my mobile network says Rogers Wireless!!! Wtf???

Just called Bell, pulled the battery, pulled the sim card, reboot, perfect again.

They said it was likely something minor.

I have to say that it seems a lot faster.

I wish that they had a written explanation. Could it be the later release of the Q10? Are they trying to force Thor's hand to get some sort of update on progress?

There has to be some sort of trigger to cause this significant reversal. We're talking about a 31% rollback.

Oddly enough I can't find this information anywhere else on the internet. The Yahoo Finance article I posted shows the source as 'Theflyonthewall.com', however, a quick search of the headline doesn't throw up even the Yahoo 'article'... which is really weird.

Bernstein is a very respected name on the street. I wish we knew why they downgraded it, but I doubt they are part of any manipulation scheme. Just aggregating it in the echo chamber doesn't help.

Good morning. Anyone else short this morning in this forum or just me?
There were overnight downgrades to BBRY released last night, not surprising.
Once again, I was not impressed with yesterday's BB presentation and emphasis on developing countries with a lower price phone and the lack of transparency pertaining to what investors want to hear, hence the downgrades.
BBRY currently pre-market down close to 4% at $ 14.67, this is going to be a great day for the bears Research In Motion Limited Pre-Market Trading - NASDAQ.com
