It's always quite interesting watching the efforts of the bears to drive the stock down. It seems to be an all or nothing attack. Each time there's a dip, it's sharp and there's the corresponding volume to match it. As soon as it happens, the volume drops off and it starts it's climb right back out of that hole. It shows that there is still gass in the engine and people wanting to buy. There is a downside, however, and this is probably the paln of the bears. Sure it comes back but to a level that is lower than before the sell off. Right now I'm hoping that either more good news comes out (highly doubt it but one can always hope), or as in the newer fashion of BBRY, there is a late day rally to bring us up to the $16 range.

I think much of the "efforts" we see are due to the Bear's computers being triggered in automatic trades.

Side note from the stock talk:

BB10 just proved to me why it can be so useful for heavy business people and travelers. I'm not a big traveler, but I am taking a trip to Spain in June. I had already added my flight info but didn't book the accommodations. I just booked the hotel today which sent a confirmation to my email.

BB Travel automatically scanned my inbox and added details to my upcoming trip without me needed to do anything. It figured it was the same location, dates, etc, and told me that now I have accommodations. I'm amazed! lol

I currently have two trips booked, but BB Travel still shows No Hotel Booked and No Car Rental Booked (even though they are already booked). Did you change any settings to make it work?

I think next week will be a good run for BBRY. More Q10 sales figures should get us back heading for $17 and beyond.

I know it sounds crazy but BBRY does best when the DOW retracts. DOW had great day today, the bears will be taking some profit from the DOW on Monday allowing BBRY to move forward.

I plan on getting back in Monday.

No I am waiting for it to still go down. I never buy in late in the day. If I buy I will get in after the market opens on Monday and I see what is happening.

If something bad happens over the weekend and the premarket was horrible on Monday Morning, there would be no way I could stop my loss. I never buy without "stops" following closely to avoid excessive losses.

It works for me.

see I don't mind to hold over a weekend
as there's *usually* a wee spike at or near the open and
*usually* a 10:30 dip. So instead of cementing a stop loss, I'll
take a chance at lowering my loss and hopefully a wee gain from the gap up.

Blah, not a fun day today. I'm practicing my trading and I am up 750 in my free for all TSFA account but I was up 850 earlier today. Was hoping we would hit 16.20 and stay around that area. Oh well, here is to next week Also I might add, I have delayed quotes, so that is definitely a downside (hence why I trade with small amounts).


Also, in regards to one of the posts earlier about automated trades... I was listening to an interview with Mark Cuban and he was discussing the problems with today's stock market and how computerized mechanics are generally responsible for triggering trades and what not.
