We could but that's one hell of a jump from where we are. I'm guessing, going by the last week of this stock, that we can rise up a little more here over the last hour but my guess is no higher than the mid 60's.

Relax people! You are expecting too much! We need to bide our time here and move sideways a bit, we are out in the middle of the green channel and need another day to setup for a rally here.



Our goal is to position the stock right under the blue downtrend line and gap above it on Wednesday. We could clear it tomorrow but it would be nicer to move up tomorrow and gap up on Wednesday when the phone launches in Canada. Today has been a perfect day so far. A 1/2 buck gain on some positive talk so far. We don't even want to back up here which is something we normally do. We gapped up today, held that gap, moved to new highs after Heins spoke, and now we are well over resistance waiting for the time to rally. I wouldn't want to be short here, a really dumb idea.

PS. Let's hope the there aren't any reports out of the UK that "returns are exceeding sales this past weekend". LOL

Volume is still low at currently just under 22 million shares traded. So the shorts aren't leaving yet. I'd love to see a volume spike on a big up-move and that would tell me shorts are really getting scared.

Oh god I hope so!!! I don't want another flash up here, I want the stock to go unnoticed to the breakout line and gap up from there. The shorts have to pay for the damage they have done and what better way then to pretend we are simply rallying up to resistance in order to fall off again. No, they need to pay and the best way is to use light volume and creep up to resistance. Then, when the phone comes to North America, the stock pops on that news. I might not get my way but I do hope we aren't going to rush into this rally.

Even if we parked there today and gapped up tomorrow, I'd be fine with that. I want a rally to $ 18.00/shr that includes some short covering this time. This is a great moment for us, that breakout is just pennies away and I want it to last this time. Best of luck!

Hey M+8, how do you feel about the RSI right now?

RSI is great until $ 18.00/shr, then we have to look at it again. I'm looking for a major breakout here, in the $ 15.75 - $ 15.80 area and we are positioning for it today. I posted in another message that I want this one to stick and really force some short covering. The stock looks clearly like this is how it is going to play out. We have waited 8 weeks for this to recover and the pennant formation is a powerful one. I sure hope we can close here and not rally any further. Looks like it has a mind of its own now!

You are going to get that volume spike and a huge run on the stock but it won't be shorts covering, they will actually try to hold it back and that's when things get interesting. We'll see them come in if we can take out the 52 week high. They are sellers until then. The spike will be from new buyers as the stock goes TA positive soon.

Was just speaking to someone who is also invested. He was saying Morgan stanley's latest notes on BlackBerry are very bullish.

They discuss how management has changed the way they are treating amortization and it is pointing at what they expect could be 10 mil per quarter additions to BES10.

Don't have time to look into it but thought I would let you all know. This would be great. I guess this is what Mise has been looking at aswell.

Volume is good for the move we have. Too much volume creates a situation where people are moving in and out too quick. Much harder to do that when the volume is lighter. Most of the past days were on a bit less than average volume. I look at it as flying under the radar with a nice slow melt up.

Based on the Bloomberg terminal pic I posted earlier. I hope BMO upgrades from a hold @ $9.00 target to a buy at $22.00 like morgan. That'll really add to the fire.
