We need to not get our hopes up as nothing will come of this SEC investigation. Either way what will it really change?
Nothing really, except maybe a wee bit less unsubstantiated chatter, or a few of these "analysts" might think twice about the exact wording of their articles. For a few weeks anyway.

    100-dma is new support
How is that if we spent the better part of the day below it, fought to creep above it, and still closed below it? Seems like it's acting as the resistance, not the support. If I'm missing something, let me know.

Maybe so but this stuff happens all the time. It just caught BBRY in a sensitive time and like I said not much they can do about it now. All of BBRY's woes is not just this, there are many other factors driving it's value down.
I am interested if you would elaborate on this. Thanks.

Mine disappears from time to time as well. I am positive it is not user error in either case!!
Mine does after I make a comment. All I do is hit the reload button and it returns.

It's a shot across the bow. Tarnish bbry without reason and bbry will react in kind.

Research firms base their lives on reputation. Having companies react this way will force them to be more careful or at least force them to provide data that is backed by actual research.

Agreed. Plus it's free publicity. Many folks not clued in on Blackberry heard about us now.

Oh man, I wish there was a way you could stop at their Hard Rock Cafe for me. My sister-in-law collects those guitar pins and there's no way she'll make it to Tokyo. She's got all the German ones (she's German) and a lot from America (via myself).

Most the BBRY/Blackberry news I read from multiple sources is also negative. People her grab onto a single thing and think that is why BBRY is not doing well.

I will say it again and I know it will get me flamed and hurt others feelings but I do not think most people could give a rat's a$$ about Blackberry. Most who used to use it had hardware problems or their company quit issuing them and they moved on.

At the same time, due to a downturn in the economy here and elsewhere. The entire smartphone market is in a little slump making things even worst for someone trying to introduce new hardware with a new OS.

Sorry for any typos but already had a few Jack Daniels and it is near time to visit Ruth Chris. I really hope Blackberry does well in the days to come but if I were a betting man . . . . I just can't see them all of a sudden taking off.

Sorry guys, please accept this as only my objective opinion. I know some will get very mad at my words, for those, I am sorry.

You didn't get me upset. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and to express it here. Actually, it's healthy to get different perspectives on a topic. Not sure who Ruth Chris is but I'm about to take off work and head to Wing Daddy's for a Blue Moon beer and some spicy wings.

Edit: Ruth Chris = Steak House?? Don't have one here in El Paso.
