correct me if i am wrong....but if i was short today i would be pretty happy that i survived good ER and would now just hope for some negative news to make me some money...personally was expecting a +/- 10% swing today atleast

Yes and I believe the only issue they may have is an in depth explanation of the loss of 3 000 000 subscribers, yes they were profitable this time around but i'm gonna play devils advocate here and say that as much as the bears may blow this issue out of proportion it's still defined as a negative doesn't matter who you you are bull or bear. This also ties into declining service fees and if Thorsten can account for these declines in other ways then this will also result in less of a bearish outlook on this stock

Is there a transcript available for the entire conference call. My interest is in what TH said about low and mid priced phones.

Could we get a posting of the link when the transcript is available ... I would really want to read what TH said than third party translations .. that would be great if someone could do that.

I agree. I think it's perhaps the biggest risk today. They've no doubt been scheming since TH released the ER.
