Hmm, it seems that we're getting into the 14s on low volume - perhaps stragglers chasing hte early rise? Wouldn't be surprised to see it drop into the mid-upper 13s around EOD and settle there. (Barring other news, etc).

Actually, this volume is quite high. 20 million in the first 90 minutes is well above the norm.
