- As it ought to, BlackBerry have been silent as mice, they haven't said anything of relevance. I for one am tired of seeing promotions for cases and accessories as headlines. You can even tell from the forum itself, subscribership has reduced dramatically. But who can one blame, but BlackBerry, no news, no information, may as well write their own obituary. Imo, any goodwill left, will be destroyed by JC

Classically Posted.07-15-15 09:20 AMLike 20 - Blackberry (NASDAQ: BBRY) has been chosen by InvestorsObserver analysts as a candidate for a new covered call today. Selling the October $7.00 call while at the same time buying BBRY stock for $7.77 will produce a new covered call with a target return of 4.9 %. Based on recent data, this trade will cost about $6.67, which is also the covered call’s breakeven point. At that price, this covered call has 14.2 % downside protection, while seeking an assigned return of 4.9 % return in 94 days. If BBRY is higher than $7.00 on 10/16/2015, we are assured that simple return. For comparison purposes only, that equates to an annualized return rate of 19.2 %Bacon Munchers likes this.07-15-15 09:32 AMLike 1

- Tracking corporate device purchases may not be as exciting as tracking consumers, but as consumer smartphone sales start to flatten and even decline in more established markets, those interested in following the money will inevitably be drawn to these hidden opportunities in corporate smartphones.
2) So are they saying that these regulated industries are the last new frontier and that competition is going to get really tough for those already in this niche market? Is more competition within this niche a good thing for BlackBerry?07-16-15 09:24 AMLike 0 - I think what it's saying is regulated industries are NOT BYOD...contrary to what a certain segment thinks.
Classically Posted.07-16-15 09:40 AMLike 6 - Just bought some Jan 2017 12 strike calls, the price is just so slow right now and think we will see a pop when this android news is released. Could be a pop just to bring us back to the 10's or could really send this thing higher if it something big.

CULVER CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--NantHealth, a subsidiary of NantWorks, LLC, today announced it has completed the acquisition of Harris Corporation’s (NYSE:HRS) commercial Healthcare Solutions business, a clinical systems integration innovator. Harris retained its government healthcare services business.
“The acquisition of Harris Healthcare Solutions, our largest transaction to date, brings unique and proven technology with a large global footprint that significantly furthers our stated goal to improve patient outcomes by efficiently providing physicians with integrated, clinically relevant patient-centric information in real-time”
NantHealth’s existing cOS, eviti and omics platforms, combined with Harris’ FusionFX suite of products, delivers on the promise of whole health systems integration and revolutionizes the patient-clinician experience by bringing molecular medicine insights directly to the point-of-care. The acquisition follows closely on the heels of NantHealth’s strategic alliance with Allscripts and their dbMotion semantics engine. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
“The acquisition of Harris Healthcare Solutions, our largest transaction to date, brings unique and proven technology with a large global footprint that significantly furthers our stated goal to improve patient outcomes by efficiently providing physicians with integrated, clinically relevant patient-centric information in real-time,” said Dr. Patrick Soon-Shiong, Executive Chairman and Founder of NantHealth. “At the same time, we have added an extensive client base of leading clinical and health IT innovators across North America and Europe, as well as a talented and experienced leadership team. The transaction represents a strategic step toward realizing our vision of providing personalized, precision medicine across the continuum of care.”
