OT from the Related Technologies and Security files, companies should be made much more aware about industrial espionage with its many implications and rapidly seek a Software and Smartphone brand recognized for a more qualified & robust approach on Security requirements. Some only learn the hard way, maybe the more expensive pain is the only one that some remember but could rapidly reach the terminal stage in their Business! Hello experiences from Target, Sony, iCloud, Home Depot, JPMorgan and the others from the last year, where not all the long term damages were typically exposed to the media. They are migrating away from BlackBerry to go Apple? Why migrate unless they weren't BES in the first place. If they don't want BlackBerry devices and prefer Apple, they don't need to exit.
I'm confused. Were they not on BES already?
I'm curious how many customers of theirs may say FU because of the move.
Would you have more confidence in a financial institution operating under BES, even if they didn't use BlackBerry devices, instead of Mobl plus non BlackBerry.
I think I'm becoming far more cynical and paranoid of any business who has my personal information and isn't BES controlled ,even if they don't have BB devices.
Is this foolish for me to look at it this way?
I guess this bank is giving medium sized companies, medium sized security ?

Ok so SP for the day....went down and tested a support level and eventually bounced back up.

It was a good day. Would like to finally see 10.80 next week it's stuck in that 10.20-10.40 range.

Would like to hear any news or rumour to get some interest in this stock!!

Yes. No telling what is at play behind the scenes.. when I was CEO of my tech company we would at times bid cost or even less to win strategic projects or customers... they could be so desperate for some "high profile wins" right now to stem the exodus... and counter latest bad Financials...

Would not surprise me... and as far as their stock.. could be short covering, stock manipulation by MS or those who have $$ motive.. who can say?... except the trends will continue to be negative for this company... burning Cash... losing customers...

Customer Loyalty Survey Makes A Few Surprising Connections

Loyalty can be an elusive quality to track. Sure, you can measure usage of a loyalty-type rewards card, but that's more for determining purchasing trends than the emotional tie a customer has to a brand. The San Mateo, California customer data company Satmetrix is out to connect those two data points -- and it's already made a few surprising connections.

In its annual Net Promoter Industry Benchmarks Report, a survey of over 30,000 U.S. consumers, Satmetrix found that Trader Joe's has some of the most loyal customers in the grocery sector and that Blackberry is on the rise after years of challenges. The survey collected data on the brands consumer behaviors such as the likeliness of getting a referral or repurchase rate. The company crunches the numbers to create a Net Promoter Score.

"A high Net Promoter Score means that a company is more likely to experience lower customer acquisition costs, greater customer lifetime value and, ultimately, more sustainable growth," said Brendan Rocks, head of data science at Satmetrix.

Trader Joe's topped the grocery/supermarket sector for the fifth time in six years. The store is known for their commitment to customer service and general low prices. Fast Company attributes some of the retailer's customer service successes to how well they treat their employees.

As for BlackBerry, it's not just Kim Kardashian and rapper Drake who love the once-ubiquitous smart phone. Although BlackBerry had the lowest score in the smartphone category, it had the highest increase--up 15 points from last year--in the 2015 study.

"While Apple and Samsung have the two highest scores, BlackBerry's NPS is now roughly equivalent to Nokia, HTC and Motorola," said Rocks. "This is a quite a turnaround from a year ago, where there was a significant gap between BlackBerry and everyone else. The new models released over the last year seem to have helped; we measured increased perceptions of screen quality."

Other findings weren't so surprising. Basically, everyone still loves Apple, Amazon and Costco. The report also backs up the trend of people abandoning their cable television provider (many of which had ratings) in favor of online video service Netflix, which had the second highest raise in an NPS score after BlackBerry.

It is THAT nice. If anything, even better than renders. Unfortunately, you are right - people will ask - does it run snapchat etc. If that problem can be fixed somehow, this device will sell in tens of millions!!!

It really seems like a decision to move 'away' from BlackBerry. So BB10 devices and BES were a non-starter for them.

BlackBerry has already made some of its �crown jewels� cross-platform, such as BBM, and added others, such as its �12-per-seat BBM Meetings scheduling service. Now it�s throwing the unified messaging client Hub, Calendar, Documents to Go, Universal Search and the distinctive software keyboard into the mix.
