You're right, Bunga. It's vewwy quite in here the past few days now that the Samsung excitement has died down. I'm hoping this will work out to our favor because, as Morgan has been saying, the SP has been making huge moves on low volume trades. Once we find our next catalyst, I think we'll move into that higher channel.

Bilaal, please don't ask if its a good time to buy into HALO again! You may have sent the SP into a tailspin with that karma yesterday. Ha! But really, I hope you got in under $14. This stock is hot and anything under $14 is a steal! Same for BBRY under $10. Just think where each of these companies will be by the end of 2015. Even Kris Erickson can't screw these up for us with his bad luck streak. This is why I just buy and hold and back the truck up when the SP goes down for no good reason! GL!
Would you believe, I was waiting for the market to open today so I could get in on HALO ;-) lol, I haven't had this type of luck in ages.

    It's at $13.03 in pre-market.

    OT HALO continues.

Looking again, this was a single trade of 125 shares. Although very odd, I'm not sure how much I'd trust it to be this low at the open. Either people aren't happy that Bizzari is joining the board of directors or there's news that we don't know about yet.

My broker is still offering $14.63, I'm going to wait this out for a hot minute or so.

Held it for a while about a year ago. They kept releasing good products that scored high in benchmark tests, sales seemed to be improving, they were aggressively restructuring...but nothing seems to matter. It seems like an overcrowded space with too low of margins and too quickly changing landscapes. Just as fast as they were on top with computers and laptops, they were falling back by missing the smartphone chip wave. They're trying to enter it now, but are up against Asian competitors.

I kept saying "it can't get any worse" but it kept getting worse. I think the current stock price is a reflection of the poor market, and falling investor optimism. Other than PS4, Xbox and graphic chips for PC gaming, they don't have much else going for them.

I have thought about re-entering at these crazy low prices, but I'm waiting for something that shows increased potential. Right now they've basically peaked with all of their top products, and they still can't operate at a profit.

What a roller coaster! Didn't they drop something like 20% last ER on disappointing subscriber numbers?

I wonder why BlackBerry decided to only make 50 gold passports. I do think they should consider releasing more limited edition phones, but 50 seems almost pointlessly low. The gold does look very good though.

Chen said that they are making money on every device sold. So, as long as they are making money on these, I don't care if they make only 50 or one. My guess is that these are probably for keeping certain clients happy and not for making money.
So, why did you feel so strongly that they should release more gold version such that it compelled you to speak out?

Just dreaming here but the specs of the upcoming HTC One M9 are reported to be the following :

Earlier reports stated that*the HTC One M9 will feature a 5-inch full HD display, an octa-core 64-bit Snapdragon 810 processor, a 20.7-megapixel rear camera, a 13-megapixel front-facing camera, 3GB of RAM and Android Lollipop.

How many of you would be all over this if the last two words in that sentence were changed to BlackBerry 10?

Samsung, among others, are reporting real problems with the Snapdragon 810 over heating and as such are reported not to be using it in the Galaxy S6. For them they are fortunate they have an in house alternative in Exynos.

These next series of chips might be a challenge for Qualcomm and those who use them.

I agree. It doesn't make any business sense at all to make 50 gold Passports except for possibly the PR value. You certainly won't make money on them by the time you add in all the costs it takes to define a new SKU.

They are all sold out already. It just adds to the theme that this is a desirable phone. Next up a rose gold or platinum version in very limited quantity...
