Guys, I just ordered 2 VIP passports from ShopBlackBerry.ca with coupon code. It is still available. There is a trick to get it. You have to search VIP fro the search box and then buy and apply code from there. It is still available. It is a gift from JC I believe for us BlackBerry die hards.

Great for those able to get the coupon code to work with stock...the code works and I got one in my cart but it tells me when I go to check out (final screen) that there's no stock.

A neighbour who works for BlackBerry estimates they can produce about 20,000 Passports per day, so they may have pumped out another 200k of them since launch day but likely half or more would go to carriers (my guess)..still, another 100k from Shop BlackBerry in a few hours yesterday would be quite a statement yet again!

This thing rocks...loving my Passport!!

UPDATE! I didn't read Andy's post clearly (thanks man!)...the key is searching for 'VIP Passport' - they are indeed in stock - got order confirmation! Score! I wonder if these are the standard issue boxed units or the really big international ones they gave out at the VIP launch events? That would be ultra sweet if they are...I'll update once received. Agreed. I just hope they have the common sense not to go back on it now though. Chalk it up to sales or marketing costs and move on.

For all we know, that code was available and working from day one. We only found out about yesterday because someone shared it with the forums. I can appreciate what your feelings are, but it's not like BlackBerry has a price cut on the page or an advertised sale price. Anyone who visits that site to buy, and doesn't visit BlackBerry fan sites, will not know of this promo code in any way. So, with that said, if you weren't a member of CB, and you have your new Passport, are you happy with it? Did you feel, at the time of purchasing, that you overpaid?
