Isn't the whole point that the sim cards should work on android and iOS phones?

First victim of Apple Pay. UK's mobile operators drop their mobile wallet alliance. Any wagers on how long Softcard (formerly Isis Mobile Wallet) the joint venture of TMo, AT&T and Verizon lasts?

So, I had a long dream last night.

BBRY was at $100, forreal, the dream lasted ages and I was exhausted so I thought I wasn't dreaming until I realised it was just a dream lol. In one night, not only did BBRY reach $100 out of nowhere, I also had my ***** chopped off.

The two must link somehow lol.

And now the first SA article regarding the poll .
Interesting to read the reactions in the comment section: Pure disbelieve in the data and still DOA comments.
Even with a result of 44% they don't believe that some people might like this device. Where doe's this deep ignorance come from?

To be fair, the poll was not fair. All the iFans were either caught up on the online order glitch. Or are camped out waiting in line for their next overpriced device and their batteries died on their current iPhones to let them vote.

Does anyone know if the poll required flash? That may have contributed as well....dunno, just thinking out loud here

I do believe the point is they also have a virtual sim...you don't need a phone...imagine what that means...BBM on Desktop can make calls...IoT implications etc. But yes...I think that's one aspect?

IMHO, the real poll question was : "So, which users are the most connected and socially involved ?" with a pretty nice underlying response to those who believe BlackBerry devices can't do or have social apps. CB threads calling for vote have been closed by moderators, so it's not a "die-hard fans" only result ... yet, clearly "on request" for a large part.

Generally it is known that BlackBerry has almost 10 users. How is it possible to mobilize a few thousand suddenly ?

i'm pretty sure greg will pop soon lol welcome back, dude.

edit: my comment on S.A regarding the poll
There's indeed something in this poll :

1/ If the words "social" and "community" have a meaning, this should be taken as a demonstration of strength. Please remind the weights of each brand users and extrapolate the proportion of BlackBerry fans *allegedly* flooding the poll to get a very interesting metric about who is really "connected".

2/ I do believe a lot of readers (BlackBerry users or not) did vote for the passport, even if they do not plan to buy it as their next device. Because - as the author fairly noted in the Passport illustration - Passport is understood as truly innovative with exciting features and they'll be interested to see it IRL.

Let's take that free advertising and eyes catching media space.
That alone is enough to make me smile [jk], furthermore if we have our usual ranters annoyed for the same price [/jk].

As often in marketing, the relevant information you get is not always the question that sits on the top of the page. "Prosumers", yes we are.

    P.S: and, "merci, Frank."
