Maybe attend to your other $$$ makers? Was in Portland for a few days last week then took some time to get to the coast. Found this place at Brookings near the Oregon/California border:

Time for another short term swing trade. I don't mind at all.
Any thought on going under 10?

BlackBerry Z30. The best smart phone.
No, I think $ 10.11/shr is it, you might get a flash price a few cents lower but I would buy at least 50% of my position at $ 10.11/shr. The stock is backing up for Apple tomorrow. This is assuming that Apple doesn't take over Enterprise tomorrow and introduce their own keyboard! The stock is just a victim of the Apple nausea.

Go to the carrier store and have them plug in both the new phone and old phone. They can swap everything over in a matter of 10 minutes, regardless of whether you can read the screen or not.

I just did this a month ago at AT&T

Amazon Fire phone price drops $200 after only 6 weeks.

    $449 off contract.

Getting to #3 is hard enough. #5 doesn't have a chance imo.

I don't think the Fire phone was aiming to grab any marketshare and compete in the broad market. It is essentially an extension of Amazon's services and its key goal is to the get the users to continue using Amazon services. I believe that it was DOA being an AT&T exclusive and most Amazon services being essentially US only.

If Amazon really was serious at becoming a major player, I feel they should look at BB and BB10. They have a working relationship and certainly have the financial power to push it even further.

OT sort of, but MOBL had a large 3,000 contract put option trade today for the January $12.50 strike for 2015. The contracts represent 300,000 shares short as it was done at the ask price. Perhaps in advance to AAPL news?

Yeah, best that Amazon drops the gadget and push BlackBerry to make a whizzy phone with super TAT integration and an app for Amazon's store.

Well, it's normal to see this small drop because Iphone 6 is about to launch, and like it or not, an Iphone launch is Always the most important phone launch of the year, and all eyes and media will be focused on apple.

When the Passport launches, and we start to see some reviews, we will see BBRY going up again

You can connect your Z10 to your TV via HDMI lead, which will set your back a couple of quid/dollars.

    Passport in Qatar

From: BlackBerry Passport price revealed! Will be available very soon - BBin

According to StarLink, the BlackBerry Passport will be available for Qr. 2,699 which makes it around $742 USD (Rs. 44,800) and StarLink’s customers can pre-book theirs today! The tag is similar to last year’s flagship model & there’s nothing surprising about it. The BlackBerry Passport is next to none & is a one of a kind smartphone with its unique big square screen display. The phone will be available in two colors – Black & White as expected. Unfortunately, the store has not revealed its availability date but we won’t be surprised if BlackBerry starts selling it in Canada, UK & in the Middle East from the next day of launch. BlackBerry Passport is expected to launch in India in October with a similar price tag. And if you think it is overpriced, see around for other brand flagship smartphones tags before commenting

As someone mentioned, get a micro-HDMI to HDMI cable, plug it into your TV. Then get a USB-OTG cable and plug in a mouse. Should give you access to your phone

The Z10 doesn't support USB OTG, unfortunately. I'm assuming the screen doesn't work but the digitizer does. But yeah, micro HDMI should do the trick.

Here's an article just published on SA. It's not anything we don't know, but it's still a good read.

That's just Google ads at work. You see that because you go on websites with BlackBerry content. Someone else that goes on different sites would see another type of advert in that spot.

Ah yes. I should have known Google was responsible for the content I view.

Good to see BlackBerry throwing one in the mix, nonetheless!

This article is a bit misleading as it seems to be - at least partially - a rehash of something that was originally published in July (see link at the bottom) but still, interesting...
