Nice discussion about the future of the auto infotainment/os/ui space with Nvidia's senior director of automotive. He favors Audi's approach:

--Audis implementation of Android Auto is a good example of what were likely to see in the near future, Shapiro said. Google isnt developing the underlying operating system for Audis new MMI connected car platform. In fact, the OS is being supplied by BlackBerrys QNX division. On top of that, e.solutions a venture between Elekrobit and the Volkswagen Group has developed its own middleware, user interface, APIs and infotainment apps that ride on top of QNX.
--Audis approach, I think, is a very elegant one, Shapiro said. Android Auto is one element in a multielement system, he said, and each of those elements can either function independently or work in conjunction. Not every Android Auto partnership, though, will be that sophisticated.

Remember over one year ago, when asked by CNBC for my opinion after visiting their site. The Comedy Hour having past its usefulness, I used Jack Welsh's (former head of GE which owns NBC) own words: "Fix it, sell it or close it" and my opinion has not changed !

    Prediction:

Minor breakout today, drop a little tomorrow due to the TSX closure for Canada Day. Build a new support during the week with the full-on breakout occurring Thursday and then on into Friday while the Nasdaq is closed for Independence Day.
