Cash on hand is out of this world, you can do a lot with that kind of cash. You just knew Chen was being coy and pleased with BBRY these past few weeks. A close above $ 9.00/shr moves us into that upper channel in my chart of $ 9.00/shr to $ 10.72/shr now. What will the trolls have to say for themselves now, oh yeah "BBM sucks"?

Some trolls have an average share price below $7 CDN, so they'll probably be quite pleased! BBM, which I love, is still a buggy mess, though, once again losing users and alienating people - huge rise in the SP hasn't changed that, unfortunately! But the rest is great news!

You went cross-platform so you were smart. But think about cascades developer
. The few I know are about to leave now, currently discussing if android or IOS is the better choice. You will not see more new cascades apps in the future and then amazon becomes the only choice for consumer apps. And no android developer will remake a successful android app native. It just makes no sense.
The smooth cascades apps were all what I loved about BB10 but these will fade away slowly.

The consumer has spoken. They like the crap interface that is Android. And Blackberry is willing to give it to them. People don't realize what they are missing out on with Cascades. I'd say their loss but is it a loss if no ne knows that it exists? They just want their Netflix, etc.

So long as Android support in 10.3 is perfect, I will sleep well at night. I already know Netflix works on my phone. I only need it when the power is out and the kids are complaining. At that time I can stream movies via 4G.

Even though they talk about independent developers doing enterprise apps - I don't really see that - I would think that this is more about concentrating resources either giving large enterprises more targeted support to develop bespoke in-house native apps for mission critical things within a security platform (incorporating BES) or getting the larger enterprise software houses to do the same rather than building a community of lots of small enterprise developers who still make native apps.

Enterprise is a niche market.
BBRY serves it well.
Developers can make money there.

It's win/win for BBRY. They could develop a best in class ecosystem for enterprise with this model. I hope they are still working on that Office suite for enterprise internally. That is a must.
