So 28th Feb covers bit of short covering and then more shorting after mcw. I suspect few more millions shorted recently as they are scared and their best hope is bad ER. They will either cover fast or short heavily. It is going to be bloddy and volatile.

The cross is going to happen regardless. One days price action isn't going to give that big an effect on long term moving averages. As to whether it has the desired effect or not, that's yet to be seen.

As for XOMA, I'll be watching to see how it does as it approaches the $5.25 area.

The golden cross will happen eventually, because MA200 will drop. The last 24 days of the MA200 consist of SP in the $14 range. Remember the crazy summer of 2013? The last 20 days of MA50 consist of SP in $8.67 average. Once the $14 closing price range is gone, MA200 will drop. This is just the current math, no hoping, estimating, pattern, etc.

Here are the numbers:



Now, let’s say that for the next 23 days, the average SP movement is $9. So, let’s replace all of those numbers above in bold with $9. This will result in MA50 at $9.46, and MA200 at $8.75. This will show a golden cross.

Thanks for the reality check BBB. I know I needed it. I think Morgan has all of us expecting to see something, and if it doesn't happen as planned, panic sets in. But how could you really blame us after what we've been through with this stock? Anyhow, we need to remember to not focus on these short term moves on no news. 2014 will be a great year for BBRY, so let's get through it with poise.

I don't make my investments based on Morgan's predictions. Although, I love his posts and have gained a great deal of knowledge from him. I can not thank him enough for his contribution to this thread. At the end of the day , one should know that we have to wipe our own aace. Cause I assume we are all grown up. Morgan can not baby sit us
