Indeed very confusing why Microsoft announced all those OEM partners when they bought Nokia?

Microsoft is to little too late to the smart phone and car market. They don't know what they are doing and throw good money after bad.

Well, I'm very curious about what the next seven days has in store for us. I'd love a bit of good news this time next week, after I've bought more stock, but I'd settle for the good news this week too for the sake of the stock I've already got lol. Fingers crossed that the Z3 is the right phone at the right price and that the market puts some faith in it.

I'll finish off with another bootleg BlackBerry ad. Does anyone else feel as though BlackBerry have spent too much marketing energy (on Facebook etc.) telling people who or what a 'BlackBerry person' is, or what they 'do', and not nearly enough energy on actually communicating in their marketing why people should care about BlackBerry 10 and BBM, and why they have value?

I like this last one, BBUK14. Thank you for your effort and your initiative. You are doing something, not simply complaining. All the credit to you.

As for marketing energy, personally, I find BlackBerry hasn't spent any at all. This may have been understandable under the previous administration. I hope the new one will come up with a proper, agressive, long-term marketing campaign once it has established its priorities and settled on a plan of action. I still feel they are "in transition", busy working behind closed doors. Well... I hope they are!

Watching this Nokia X presentation, I'm waiting to see if Nokia's right price is the wrong price for the Z3 - Someone might have just cracked the 'what if AOSP didn't look like a dog's breakfast' problem.

Edit: OK so the X is 89 euro (122 dollars), X+ is 99 euro (136 dollars) and XL is 109 euro (150 dollars).
