Good news from Germany: Vodafone Germany ran out of black Z10 devices since there is strong demand. It went on sale on March 1st.
According to the web shop, the black Z10 will be available again in mid April (BlackBerry Z10 Schwarz Handy mit und ohne Vertrag - Vodafone Online Shop).
But I thought BBRY was dead?!?!? ;)
Every normal consumer will surely wait and not take an intensive look at the available products from the competition. What was the good part in: can't deliver...?
But. . . . . . There is no serious competition to BB10.
So every "Normal" consumer will gladly wait a few weeks to get the best phone available.
No as complicated as you think.

I work at a university IT help desk and I just set one up for a new student - a Black Z10. I have to say it's a really good looking phone - solid build quality, amazing screen, very fluid. One person said it's like using an iPhone 6...I think Blackberry has done a great job on this phone. I wish I was out of contract so I could get one myself!
Will my stl-3 work in Germany? Mine is the Canadian version from Rogers, it's unlocked.
Yes turbowagon it will. Same frequencies are used in Germany as in Canada:)
