But units shipped is not the same as units sold.
They said they weren't reporting subscribers at one point, if they don't, they we will loose a key indicator.
Profits & Cash on hand... these can be manipulated in the short term.

There are things that BlackBerry can do to soften or even move some bad (or good) indicators from this report to a later one - if they choses to do so.


If they wanted to be open and honest, they could tell us devices sold, total number of BB10 users, total number of BBOS users, total number of BIS Subscribers, total number of BES Subscribers (BBOS, BB10, iOS, Android). Then we would know how things were really going.... but don't hold your breath waiting for that to happen.

I suspect, with expectations so low, now may be a good time to lump all the bad news together. BB is still buoyed by the buy-out rumors, so they should be relatively untouched.
