FORCE BELT CLIP HOLSTER FOR BLACKBERRY BOLD 9000 PHONE on eBay.ca (item 300317523754 end time 22-Aug-09 19:19:54 EDT)

looks pretty good to me especially if it has sleeper mode. probably the slimmest way to holster your bold?

    opinions please?

Will that top clip scratch the bezel?

I agree with laollis, I'd be concerned the holster scratching the bezel. Friend of mine bought a hardcase, not sure what brand it was. Poor guy has his bezel all scratched. Personally I love the Bold's original holster

You should check on Amazon... you could probably find it there for cheaper. I agree with the others, though. I'd be worried that it'd scratch the phone. To me it looks like the phone could potentially fall out, too, if it was on your hip and you caught it by accident while getting out of the car, etc.

i had one very similar to this made by att. had the sleeper function and all. i bought it at our local mall and walked around with it for about an hour. after having my bold "pop" out everytime i bent down, i took it right back and got my money back. this design is very slim, but in my opinion doesnt really afford much in terms of stability in the holster. now seidio makes one close to this, but the top grip is much better as it clasps all the way over the top of the bold. i've got one for my bold and have been very pleased. it is of course a little more expensive at 30 bucks just for the holster.

I think holsters are the devil, hideous things. What's wrong with a top pocket or trouser pocket in a case. They just look awful when you see people wearing them.

It looks good but the only thing that would shy me away would be the wear and tear on the bezel from deholstering and holstering. I didn't see it lined with anything. To some people that doesn't matter I guess but to me it does

I have the Seidio Innocase and matching Seidio clip holster with sleeper function. The sleeper function is great and the holster holds well and does not scratch up the phone. Of course I also prefer the blacked out look and the textured case of the Seidio.

I reccomend you check it out. And I purchased it through Shop Crackberry.

I also have the Seidio spring clip and it has not scratched my bezel. I don't use it every day, but I have had it for 10 months, and there has been no visible effect on my Bold.

I think it's a great clip - though my preference is to not use any kind of case, holster or clip.

To me if it's not OEM it makes me sketchy on whether the clip would use
    the holster setting profiles.

I agree. Seidio makes the best hard cases and clips. There a bit pricey but worth the money.

I had a problem with the Seidio spring clip when I had a Curve 8310 as it scratched the bezel (mid portion). But I liked it too much, so I've got me a Seidio extended battery and a spring clip for my Bold. I'm loving it!
