So I received a replacement Blackberry and now every time I connect my memory card via mass storage mode I get this on my screen: "A media card has been inserted that contains encrypted content which will be unaccessible by this device. Please place the media card in the original device to access the content."
So how do i remove this? I don't have the old BB so what do i do?

I believe that you probably used encryption on your old device and only THAT DEVICE can provide the key to decode it.

The data is probably NOT recoverable so you can either delete those files or format the entire card and start anew.

    Good luck

I formatted the memory card once.. After that, no longer an issue for me.

I have the same issue, and am trying to avoid formatting as this will destroy my data which I can not do. There has to be a way around this. If I find something I will post.
