    I just got my replacement Commuter case in the mail and I must say I also am impressed. I bought my first one on ebay and I thought I told them that I was having a problem with the rubber flap where the usb cable is, after a quick discussion with a c/s rep, she sent me a replacement free of charge. I didn't even buy it from them, I didn't have to show proof of purchase. This is the way that c/s service should be, not trying to rip you off like most companies these days. As for the commuter, its great, doesn't make the phone that big and really sturdy!

    Good to see OtterBox cares about it's customers. Plus, I'm pretty sure when customers get top notch cust. service, they will purchase from same co. in the future.
