    The earloop on my original JB broke a few days ago and I had to swap back to my Plantronic 665, which quickly reminded me why I loved my JB so much. Well, I had a few minutes yesterday to do some review searching and visited the JB site a few times, along with the Plantronic, Moto, Jabra, etc.. but then I noticed a comment on the JB website.

    It states; "If you have experienced earloop breakage on your first generation Jawbone headset (pictured below) whether in or out of warranty, please call 1-877-254-7426 or e-mail jawbone1support@aliph.com to learn about the options Aliph is offering you."
