So I've gone through; the OEM Holster, the OEM Skin, Otterbox Commuter, Epik Circle, Epik Logo, Case-Mate Barely There and now I'm just rocking my 9700 Naked with Screen protector.

I want to get a Leather Pouch/Sleeve/Pocket and Need the Crackberry Communities Opinion and feedback.

Option 1: BlackBerry Leather Pocket Pouch for Bold 9700

    http://shop.crackberry.com/blackberr...medium=content

I can get this for $15 CDN. But this barely protects the device since 1/3 of it is sticking out.

    Option 2: Sena UltraSlim

    Sena Cases - Designer Leather Cases : BlackBerry-Bold 9700-UltraSlim

I can get this for $33 CDN. Never heard of it and I'm unsure on how it will fit.

Option 3: Vaja classic Retro Slim Bag for 9700

    Vaja - Leather Products

It will be Black on Black with Plain Caterina Leather.

This one will be $90 CDN give or take depending on exchange rate, taxes and duties.

Of course If I go with the Vaja I'll be waiting for a while and it costs 1/5 of what I paid for the phone.

    Opinions? Thoughts?

    Thanks in Advance.

The first one is firee !!!!!! (that's a good thing)

It's definitely the one I would go for, he*l I'm going to buy it myself actually! It's simple and classy - the way I see my 9700 is and the theme on it, with this, it's perfect harmony lol.

    Number 1 definitely

Does it have the magnet to put the phone in standby mode?

Thanks but I was hoping to grab a leather one, that one is synthetic I think.

I have the casemate signature series with the holster. If I were to carry my phone in my pocket I would go with the Bezya (spelling) case. Has that hole in bottom so you can push the phone out instead of grabbing at it and causing damage. High quality leather and black would be my color of choice to match the blackberry of course. I think I might order one to carry my phone when I'm wearing a suit or when I don't want to hang it off my belt.

I went with the Beyza Slimline (for the 8900) and I'm using it with my 9700. I think it's perfect as far as leather sleeves go. It's a lot thinner than the OEM's and fits like a glove. I must admit I did not care for it much for the first 3 weeks when it was all stiff on the sides, but it has formed to my berry and now fits like a glove. The hole on the bottom is an awesome design and works well. It does have a sleeper magnet and this case can be used with headphones.

Try RexRegina. Their cases are extremely high quality and beautiful and have the sleeper function. Pricey but worth it.

I got my leather case from the CB store. I believe it's from "smartphone experts" and it has a leather flip part. I never take it off unless I want to put the BB in the cradle at night.

I had the same brand of case on my 8900 and I loved it to bits so now I'm doing it again!

They sell for $55 USD so yeah I think this is a good deal.

It was going to cost me $75 USD Shipped so I bit the bullet and got it for $40 CDN. This thing is SWEET.....very snug I hope it loosens after a week or so. Otherwise I think I found THE Case for my phone.

I'm using a OEM skin & OEM leather combination. The 85xx skin with the 9000 leather pouch. Keeps the BB safe 'n sound. I recommend anyone to mix and match, work out different options... Try your friends skins and pouches, even if you haven't got the same device

I've had a Sena Ultraslim for my iPhone and just picked one up for my 9700. Love it, thin, soft leather, it just needs to be worn in a bit.
