    just wondering if it is possible to put a lanyard on the curve?? I want to put it in my pocket ... but like the security i f Im out at the pub of having it on the end of a lanyard attached to my belt ...

    Yep just drill a hole into it for the lanyard to go into.

    I, too, looked for a lanyard attachment point for my 8830. I guess the stylists decided it would ruin the clean lines of these devices but I think dings and scratches from unexpected landings from dropping would ruin their clean lines more.

    I think it is a poor oversight but Rim's studies probably found many did not want it.

    I did attach a lanyard to an opening in the case I used and now have one attached to my otterbox case. You can either call me clumsy or cautious.
