So, today I got my Innocase II in the mail for my 8900. The case seems to fit snugly, the bottom doesn't actually "snap" together but it does seem secure. Anyone's the same way, it is normal or should it really kinda "snap" together.

    Anyone?

Yep, mine is the same. I don't mind...I take the bottom off to charge on my cradle. Others have said that it does snap...no big deal to me

Mine doesn't make a loud SNAP... but the clip from the bottom does latch in to the top of the case. I have not had any issues yet, and I have had it for about 2-3 weeks now!

    Even when I dropped it

I know. they should find a way to make these cases easier to remove and reattach because you have to realize there will be situations when you need to remove them. Sucks big time when the case clips break and it doesn't want to attach anymore, not to mention the scratches you could put on your Blackberry. Still love the case though. lol

I have a question about this case as I'm thinking of buying one. Can you charge the phone (with the case on) in the cradle? I've seen from pictures that the metal on the back of the 8900 is exposed...was wondering if phone can be charged without removing the case.

You only have to remove the small bottom piece to charge it in the cradle. If you don't the case makes the phone to large to fit in the cradle. At least the cradle I have. Don't know if there are other cradles out there.

I've found the best way to remove the bottom section is to use my fingernail in the crease on one side only and pull up on it, kind of at an angle in relation to the top part of the case, and after a few trys i can usually get the bottom off in just a few seconds. Hope that helps!

This makes sense. I think there is only the OEM cradle if I'm not mistaken. I'm really digging this case...just hope it doesn't make the phone too bulky!

the bottom of mine comes off pretty easy...it kind of just slides off...at first i thought something was wrong with it because it didn't snap on either so i thought it wasn't secure...but it seems fine

The case is way too friggen tight man. And it should snap in. As should the 8900 battery door not be loose. Poor design. I think most of are afraid to admit our lovers' faults n' flaws here. Its ok people.

    Hello mauro99,

In regards to the snapping of the case, our engineers have determined that while the case may not actual "click", this will not affect the functionality of the case and will continue to protect your product! If you feel that the case is not doing its job, please forward me your order information using the email below and we will be more than happy to see what we can do for you.
