I know Verizon offers several case choices for the 9550. I have got 2 of them. Does anyone have any experiences with some of the new cases Verizon is offering and if so are they any good?

I have the snug black case/holster combo that has the rigid back. It works well enough until I get the silicon skin from the Crackberry Store (corners/edges are my concern). Couple that with the leather holster from my 8830, it works admirably.

    I don't use verizon cases.
Had body glove but was bulky.
For my curve I swear by an invisible shield with an innocase on it....$$$ but worth it.

Well i got the blue minimalist case (similar to the incipio feather) and the soft jelly like case. Both are ok and was wondering what others thought on what they are offering. The screen protectors kinda made me mad....why cant you just cover the whole screen....sigh lol

That bugged me too...seemed like they slapped a 9550 print on a 9530 accessory product.

yep. I did end up getting the chrome hard case Verizon had in-store....and this is just a testament to how picky i am the case leaves to much of a gap in the cutouts...to much of the phone is exposed for my liking. Has anyone tried the clear case? is that any different?

there is a reason... you can not put anything between your finger and the screen or else the bottom 4 buttons dont work... try it with you shirt. thats why they did not cover the bottom buttons.

dont bother. its not a good fit... the one i tested seemed as though the cover was a hair to small and didnt not clip all the way. aslo it felt like it was gonna break in 2 seconds.

well if the bottom buttons do not work when covered with a screen shield why are other company's offering full face shields? maybe you have the have the right thickness?

thats a good question.... what other companies? like the invisible shield and stuff?

ok its weird... it works though paper but not a shirt... i feel like it depends on the conductivity of the material... if i put plastic over my bottom buttons it will depend on the thinness i guess...

I am planning on grabbing a black silicon case.....silly question, how do these work out when in a holster? Does the Silicon grab too much making it hard to pull out?

Waiting for the innocase. Until then my S2 is in the box. Don't want to screw it up cosmetically in the first few days I have it. Using my Tour for now.

The Incipio Feather gets my vote. I had one for my S1 and it was great. The S2 Feather is coming out in Nov. I might wait til then for a case.

I have the one that edking4 posted above - got it from the Verizon store. It's on my phone and I like it very much!

no incipio has not released anything for the storm 2 yet. The only places you can get a case for the phone is at Verizon (they have about 7 different ones) or on ebay. The one i posted is pretty decent the only thing i dislike about it is it leaves the bottom and top exposed.

anyone got pics of that case above on their phone. That is what i really wanted. but instead I got this silicone jelly thing. It's glossy, with stripes on the back.

+1 for Incipio Feather Light case...when Incipio makes it, I'll buy it. I loved my Storm 1 Incipio case. Verizon had one that looked like it, but it was bright blue...not my style.

I got the hard case from Verizon but I don't like it makes the phone huge. I went to Best Buy yesterday and picked up an OEM Blackberry rubber case and its better but im still not 100% happy.
