    Hi all!

I would LOVE to get a new case for my new 8330. But I don't want to void my warranty. So here's my question in depth:

If I do this, I am probably going to get one of the "DIY Kits" where you purchase a pre-painted casing and switch yours out.

So I'm thinking if something goes wrong, I switch them back and take them to the store for "warranty support". I'm thinking that they most likely won't be able to tell a difference as long as I don't blotch it.

Also, if I screw something up in the process, I'll fix it as best I can if I can. I'm not planning on screwing stuff up at their expense, so to speak. That would drive me nuts. I'm thinking if something happens to the internals or what not through normal use switching and taking back.

    What do you guys think?

I don't know. I do know on certain phones they place a little white sicker over one of the screws. I think that way they can tell if it has ever been taken apart.
