    never had this issue with my bold and i know that all telus 9700's are Canadian made so it may just be excessive use. I've used the case for 3 months now with no issues expect smudge marks on the screen. as far as usage i've made 28 phone calls with the phone in 2 months and probably about 20,000 text messages, bmm's and emails and mine looks new still, so please elaborate more on the "buttons wearing off". if it is a build quality issue go back to the store that you bought it and ***** they will give you a new one. if not just tell them that rogers offered you a better plan for less money thats how i get through to telus.

    mine's wearing off too.... but don't care much... Rogers offers extremely good service... i'll get it replaced when it will start bothering me...
