    Hey guys,

I read a while back about the OEM case killing the battery on the 8900. I recently just got the authentic BB base (the one with the symbol) for the 8900 and it seems to be killing the battery as well. However, it's not as bad as the OEM case. I notice that before I slide it in, it's hitting the shift key as well. Any one else getting this problem?

I know, I said I already read it but I'm talking about the authethic bb case and not the oem sleeve that came with it. So I didn't want to hijack the thread because all you guys are talking about is the sleeve so I wanted to create a new one to see if people are experiencing the same issue with the authethic case.

What is the difference between the 2 things you are talking about? Can you please post links and/or images of each? Basically the issue here seems to be with the tightness of the case so in either case I think you would experience the same drain issues.

I believe he is referring to the flip top leather holster when he says the 'authentic case'.
