Big fan of GizmoSkin cases but they don't have a lambskin pouch out yet for the 9700 Bold. Looking for one without a belt clip. Is there one out there available?

The 8900 pouches are an exact fit for the 9700. So you can get an 8900 series GizmoSkin.

    I'm using a Beyza Slimline:
Rim BlackBerry Curve 8900 Cases by Beyza Cases | Leather PDA Cases, Smartphone Cases, iPod Cases, iPhone Cases | Leather Case and Sleeve

They include a cutout notch which allows you to see the LED.

Thanks very much for the feedback. Yeah Gizmoskin says they are waiting to here back from RIM regarding the sleeper magnet placement so I would assume they will just offer the 8900 case they currently have if it is an exact fit. They said it could be a couple weeks.

Just came a cross the Beyza website yesterday in my searches...they have some nice stuff!

Thanks again for the quick reply.

The Beyza Slimline looks really nice. Does it have the sleeper magnet for standby?

    @david:

I am current having the Sena leather pouch 8900 for my 9700. However, I recognize that the case doesn't vertically cover the phone completely. Do you see that ?

Yes it has a sleeper magnet.

I had a Beyza for my 9000 as well. Fantastic case. The leather quality is exceptional as well.

Congrat Virgo, I am waiting for my Beyza. It is scheduled to delivery on next Monday.

I am currently using the Sena one, but it doesn't completely cover the top of 9700. I may return it

How's the Beyza slim for your 9700?

Was there any break in for it since its leather? I just ordered the case and I have the invisible shield on my phone. I hope the case isn't too tight because of it.

I prefer Beyza over the Sena case.

The Sena case is thinner and has tighter fit(still breaking in) but I'm going to keep it in the car as backup.

The Beyza will loosen up after breaking in but it's still a snug fit. You'll like the Beyza case.

Beyza sent me email for 35% discount, for those interested here it is:

You'll like it. It's one of the best made leather case out there.

I came from 8310, 8900 pocket OEM, and Sena. The Beyza is the best!
