So, tell me, all you 8320 users, are you using the 'black leather thing' that came in the box?

Maybe it is just the picture, but that looks like some pretty poor quality. If i had an 8320, I don't think I would.

I'm using it...good protection for the device, and the magnet imbedded in the case turns it off. I assume you don't like it. Why not?

Not so much I don't like it, per se'. I guess since I get so many messages, I feel like i'm constantly taking it out...

But, I like the protection that it offers. Especially since I always have my device in my pocket! I'm no more a 'hipster'...

You should update your profile to show that. If you look at the top of the forums it will say Welcome, Zing. Under that there is quick links. Click that and go to edit profile. If you scroll to the bottom you can see where the device information is. Update it and click save.

It's a nice leather sleeve but it's kinda useless. You can't attach it to your belt so that means you have to wear it in your shirt pocket or in your pants.

Keeping a phone in your shirt is too heavy and is kinda uncomfortable. Keeping it in your pants is also uncomfortable and in the way when you sit down and also makes your pants too bulky.

Personally, I wrapped my Curve in a ShieldZone protector and carry it in a BlackBerry OEM leather case which snaps on my belt.

I can't see how people could use that sleeve thing effectively.

I am really tempted by Vaja and some other nice cases out there, but I really dig the sleeper function, and they don't usually have it without a flap that hangs off the BlackBerry when you use it. I hate that. I use the rubber OEM skin and the OEM holster clipped to my belt. Works great.

It's a nice case but kinda useless.

The only thing you can use it for is to put your Curve into it and then put both into your pocket or briefcase.

You'd be better off getting an Invisible Shield and just foregoing using anything else altogether.

Not really the best use for hardcore mobile users.

I do have an Invisible Shield on my Curve. But I've also gotta have something that clips onto my belt. I'm currently using the BB OEM leather case with a belt clip. Working well but the Curve hangs vertically, not horizonally. I'm looking for a really high-end horizonal leather case. Haven't found anything like that yet.

Hi folks, new to BB and just bought a curve, which I Lurve. (Love).

I actually have come to appreciate the OEM "Sleeve" as a pretty good & functional design, but the oem is Vinyl, and I would like to buy a leather version of the sleeve. Just my .02.

Vaja is more a sheath than a pouch or case and therefore doesnt need a sleeper magnet but try Rex Regina - they make nice case with sleeper magnet

I had to upgrade to some blackberry case which is not designed for the curve but it fits prettygood I mean it doesn't shut off when you put it in the case. I'm always on the move so I gotta have some type of belt holster

The sleeve sucks. I only use it when I lay my 8320 down to sleep and when I have to put ot in my pocket. Usually its in my hand covered with the bb glove. I went as far as stretching the sleeve so that it fits with the tlove on

I love the sleep feature with the including magnet but why in the **** does this thing NOT come with a clip. I am about to crazy glue a clip onto this sleeve. If that doesn't work I am going to crazy glue the sleeve to my belt LMAO!

The oem leather holster has the magnet and comes in a belt clip or wristlet option. I use that with the black gel skin. Fits snug but I like the combo as I'm butterfingers sometimes
