So I've taken a few HD videos on my torch 9810....

I'm thinking about bringing them into Adobe Premier Pro/After Effects and piecing them together. I'm just curious as to what would be the optimal import/export specifications (into premier pro) to keep the quality as high as possible....

    Anyone have some advice?

    Thanks in advance
