    I've been using BBM Music for a while now but for the last few days when I start it up it stays stuck on 'Verifying BBM Music'
    And states that it also cannot connect to my BBM.
    I don't know if its because BIS has been down but even when BBM started working again it still wouldn't connect to it.
    Anybody else have this problem?
    I hope it gets sorted soon!

    My device would occassionally freeze while verifying once i switched devices + no way finalising because of the bb user id but done a security wipe (checked email only) & all was fine on retrying. You will have to re add email etc so @ least make a back up of contacts. Hope this helps.

    I had the same problem for the last few days. Reinstalling or removing the battery did not help. It works well in another blackberry bold to which I have access (not 9900).

    Nov 14: I restored a version of the phone I backed up about 2 weeks ago and it now functions normally. I do not know if a subsequently loaded app caused the problem
