    Does anyone know how to deactivate or reset the device switch error I am receiving when accessing BBM music? Too many devices i guess

    If not, is there a phone number for Rim so I can get this issue sorted out?

    i found an answer to my problem, in case anyone has the same issue, here is the solution.

    I have several blackberries and 2 playbooks, all registered with the same BB ID.

    This is how i used up my device switches, the playbooks took 2 of my 5.

    The good news is, on January 1st, all devices will be reset on my BBID, so i can remove the playbooks.

    This can only happen once per year (as per a RIM CSR), so at least i dont need to wait long.
