Please in a nutshell explain how I can get my BBM messages to show up in my friends messages list. Now I know why some don't like to use BBM seeing they don't get the notification in front of them with text messages. Sux to have to click on the BBM icon to get your messages. I read somewhere it's shut off in default with iPhone. Thanks for anyone who can help

The iPhone doesn't have a hub, if that's what you're asking?

Do other app messages show up there?

How to setup banner alerts etc: http://btsc.webapps.blackberry.com/b...c&noCount=true

He doesn't I do! Most iPhone users who are new to phones seam to have a hard time knowing I messaged them on BBM while on an iPhone. I had already set up the banner to pop up in center of screen which helps. Now they have to hit "open" to read a message. Thanks for the answer that you CANT have BBM in the messages tab on an iPhone. Isn't a BBM message a message? Just doesn't show up in messages on a sh**ty iPhone. Tha KS for the help.

The messages tab only allows text messages and imessage whatsapp and BBM you have to open in the app itself

BBM is a "message", but iOS "messages" is mislabeled and only includes sms/mms and iMessages (and most users don't really know which one they are using, by design).

I agree that most iOS users tend to be very unresponsive to BBM messages. I pretty much have given up, and use sms to talk to them.
